Welcome to the resurrected M8trix Nation. Its been a while since this site has gone under this name. When I first created the Nation it was done with all open source and freeware so I decided to dedicate the site as a resource for those that made it possible to build the site. Now a year after the closing of the first Nation, or to be precise, the renaming of the site to M8-2.COM I decided to rebuild the site and design it for what it was originally meant to do. Be a hub and resource to anything that has to do with free and open source software and materials. I will admit to you that I am still on the learning curve with much of the stuff but I really hope that those that have the knowledge will utilize this source and make it a home where they can help others or just use this as a center for their wares. There will be rules like the obvious no malware will be intentionally spread through this site and no abusing the privileges that this site has to offer which is common sense ones.

I truly hope that this site will make an impression. This will be a no frills site. With no games , no galleries nothing like that. I have, on the other hand, been revamping M8-2.COM for all that so both sites will be separated in that way. I am going to try to bridge the sites so that members of either one can enjoy the fruits of the other if I can not i will make sure that at least the access to each one is fairly straight forward.

I do invite developers and designers ( especially phpBB and Joomla )to set up shop here . You will be able to use this site as a download repository . Or a mirror site for your downloads. Right now I will be using a joint board with M8-2.com but by chance things get really hopping or the need arises I can set up a phpBB 3 or Fireboard forum here and let each developer have his or hers own section. I will be flexible with in reason and let the place grow to meet the needs of the members and guest.
